Following Instructions:

1. Mandatory Operator Information Submission:
   Every operator must provide details about the machine they are operating, the date they started, the employer’s name, and the monthly salary they receive. The prescribed Form “A” (an official document containing necessary details) must be filled out completely and sent via email or to the foundation’s address.

2. Emergency Leave Notification:
   If an operator needs to take an emergency leave suddenly, they must inform the employer/contractor/company through a written letter at their office or via email. The foundation must also be informed about this.

3. Long-Term Leave (More than 15 Days):
   If an operator plans to take leave for more than 15 days, they must provide written notice to the employer at least 15 days in advance. Additionally, they should collect their full pending salary from the company/employer/contractor before leaving. The foundation must be informed, otherwise, it will not be responsible for any issues.

4. Machine Maintenance & Repair:
   In case of a technical issue with the machine, the operator must coordinate with an engineer and a helper to fix it. The machine should not be left solely in the hands of the helper, as its full responsibility lies with the operator.

5. Working Hours & Overtime:
   Operators should work only 8 hours per day. Any additional work beyond this is considered overtime, which should be paid on an hourly basis. If the employer/contractor refuses to pay overtime, the foundation must be informed immediately.

6. False Accusations & Harassment:
   If an employer, company, or contractor falsely accuses or harasses an operator, they must contact the foundation immediately. The foundation will take necessary action and ensure compensation for the operator’s losses.

7. Alcohol Consumption Prohibition:
   Operators must strictly avoid alcohol consumption while operating a machine, as it may lead to severe risks, including financial losses for the employer and potential life-threatening situations.

8. Dedicated Work Ethics:
   Operators must work with full dedication and honesty at the workplace to ensure timely salary payments. A responsible approach will keep the employer/company/contractor satisfied and prevent unnecessary disputes.

9. Agreement Between Operator & Employer:
   An agreement must be signed between the operator and the employer. Without this, the foundation will not be able to take action in case of any dispute.

10. Annual Membership Renewal Fee:
    To remain a member of the foundation, every operator must deposit ₹1200 per year (12 months). This ensures ID card renewal and strengthens the foundation to continue helping fellow operators effectively.

11. Prohibition of Theft or Misuse:
    Operators must not cause financial losses to employers, companies, or contractors, such as stealing diesel or selling machine parts. The foundation will take strict action against such operators, including termination of membership.

12. Mandatory Operator License:
    Every operator must possess a valid operating license. If an operator does not have one, they must visit the RTO office in their district to get it issued. For further assistance, they can contact the foundation.

13. Operator Replacement Process:
    If an operator is on leave and their employer needs a replacement, they must inform the foundation first. This will allow another registered operator from the foundation to be assigned to the machine, ensuring employment opportunities for fellow operators.
